What data do we collect?

Cello Signal Limited t/a The Leith Agency on behalf of The Scottish Government and Young Marmalade Limited and Provisional Marmalade Ltd (“Marmalade”) will collect the following data:

Personal identification information, speciaifally name, email address, date of birth, location, and driving license details.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Cello Signal Limited t/a The Leith Agency on behalf of The Scottish Government and Marmalade with all of the data we collect when you email your application.

How will we use your data?

Cello Signal Limited t/a The Leith Agency on behalf of The Scottish Government and Marmalade collects your data so that we can assess applications and choose successful applicants to the Gran-bassador programme.

How do we store your data?

Data is securely stored with a password protocol. We will keep your data for up to 12 months after the application close date of Friday 16th July 2021. Your data will not be used during this time for any purpose other than previously stated in this privacy policy.

What are your data protection rights?

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request Cello Signal Limited t/a The Leith Agency on behalf of The Scottish Government and Marmalade for copies of your personal data.
